Terms of use
Plain rules for using DigiVona.
What DigiVona offers
DigiVona is a free website that collects technology news from newsrooms around the world and links to it. It is provided as it is, without any warranty that it is complete, correct or always available.
Whose content it is
- Headlines, excerpts and images of link-out stories belong to their publishers. DigiVona shows them only to point you to the original article.
- Licensed articles (Global Voices, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, NASA) are shown under the licence named at the top of each article, which also governs your reuse of them.
- DigiVona Originals and the design of the site belong to DigiVona.
Links to other websites
Most links lead to other publishers' websites. DigiVona is not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices.
Advertising
The homepage, the first page of each category and DigiVona Originals show ads from Google AdSense, each marked "Advertisement" or "Sponsored". Advertisers do not choose or influence what DigiVona publishes, and an ad is not a recommendation by DigiVona. How ads use cookies, and how you choose, is explained in the privacy policy. Questions about advertising go to ads@digivona.com.
Removal requests
If you believe a story, excerpt or image on DigiVona should not be here, write to removals@digivona.com or use the contact form. We act within 24 hours as described in the corrections and removals policy.
Fair use of the site
Please do not overload the site with automated requests, ignore its robots.txt or try to break its security.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as DigiVona grows; the current version is always on this page. Questions are welcome through the contact form.
