Corrections and removals
If something on DigiVona is wrong, or you want your work removed, tell us. We act within 24 hours.
How to ask
- Use the contact form and choose "Removal request" or "Correction", or write to removals@digivona.com.
- Include the address of the page or story on DigiVona, or the address of the original article, so we can find it.
What happens next
- We confirm that we received your request within 24 hours.
- Within 24 hours of a request that identifies the item, we remove it from every page on DigiVona and block its address, so it is never collected again.
- Publishers can also ask us to stop following a feed or to stop showing its images. We record the change in our list of sources, and it applies from the next sync.
Corrections
Headlines and excerpts of link-out stories come from the publisher's own feed; when the publisher corrects them, the correction reaches DigiVona with the next sync, and we correct them sooner on request. Errors in DigiVona Originals are corrected in the article with a note that says what changed.
Licensed articles
Articles from Global Voices, the Electronic Frontier Foundation and NASA appear in full under their licences, with the author and a link to the original. If you are the author and want an article removed, the same process applies.
